We had Lamb Iskender, it was nearly 100 C degrees and all the bread inside has melted like a soup and the meat is nearly dried because of too much heat. The salad that they serviced with the couvert was off, some greens was nearly decayed. In my case, It was absolutely a negative experience. Will think twice before going there again.The atmosphere is always authentic and good but we are not eating the atmosphere, do we?

The food was packed with flavour, the waiters will always greet you with smiles and there are eye-catching coloured ceiling lights along with a good selection of music. They also provide you with flavour-rushing starters and sweet-tooth desert, I don’t think, I don’t know, I don’t promise, but I GUARANTEE that you will enjoy this place. There are also drinks and Turkish delight to sidekick your meal.Kid-friendliness: There are baby chairs provided.

Fantastic range of mains and starters to suit all. Service is second to none and the atmosphere can be quiet or buzzing depending on the time of day. I highly recommend Efes for lunch, evening meal or a party.

What a great restaurant. We arrived late after the theatre but the staff were very welcoming. The food was amazing. All the staff were lovely and let us take our time. Thank you so much for a lovely evening. Loved the music too and the Tequila rose and baklava was a very kind gesture and very much appreciated - will be coming

Moved house from this area last October and thought we would pay a visit to our fave restaurant in Dartford. We had a lovely welcome as usual. The food was so nice, lamb shish with rice was amazing. And the chicken donor was very tasty. Well worth a visit, Ausra is the best!

Terrible service, food took over an hour to come out, they changed our reservation and then asked us to leave 20 minutes after we received our food. We had a £30 set menu, when they brought out the bill it was over £250 pounds, £150 more than it should’ve been. they also added a 20% service charge without any discussion and tried to argue when we asked for it to be taken off… would never go there again.

Unbelievable. Asked for a combination kebab. Got told no. Waiter asked another member of staff. Who did not understand why manger said no. When them was talking I went to chef who know my order without talking. Because I order for take away once a week. Never will I return because we found a fabulous Turkish around corner.
