1 star is too much. The review is for a particular staff. At 10.01 I asked a short lady for large latte with cream. And she not only gave me small latte , she also stopped the filling process almost before it suppose to finish… I told her that I asked for large latte, not a small latte in large cup. She ignored me and start serving next customer.\\nAll the other staffs are lovely, and greet with smile, but that one girl named L**Y, every time she is way too impossible. I got less than small coffee portion in large cup … what a waste…

Always busy but not the cleanest I have been to, toilets are disgustingTables never cleaned. Take a long time to get served mostly one person serving and the other doing nothing. Apart from the cleanliness. One of the staff is a very friendly and very helpful a young lady. This place is understaffed for the mount of work and traffic through the door

I ordered a few items from just eat, when it arrived i was missing the breakfast baguette. I rung the store and they was very apologetic. I then spoke to the manager who went out of her way to deliver the missing items herself with a complimentary packet of doughnuts! Thanks for such excellent response ??

I came here at around 8am on a weekday. It wasn't particularly busy. But they had no egg and no sausages left for a breakfast baguette or roll!Ironically, all the promotions on the TV at the time related to the breakfast menu.

your shop has been fly tipping in our bins in acorn industrial park multiple times, we have photos and cctv footage as proof. if this happens again we will be reporting the situation to the local council.

Went to Greggs in Crayford today. It was lunchtime and hence very busy. I counted 10 customers waiting for food. Sadly there were only two staff. Two lads. One was filling the ovens leaving the other young boy to deal with every visitor. When I was served he was very welcoming and the food is always good BUT this store needs more serving staff.
i went there yesterday , was greeted by the most friendly young lady ....when i couldnt see what i wanted she went out of her way to go and see if there were any out the back. and found what i wanted and was so nice...( most where ever you go will say , if you cant see it , we havent got it )i didnt get your name....but thankyou for putting yourself out. 5 stars from me

Overpriced... under staffed. As this is a new store you would think that this organisation could get something right. Most annoying of all I purchased 2 hot sausage rolls... which you are charged vat on hot food... and guess what...stone cold

Went yo Greggs Crayford yesterday about 1.30pm, asked for gluten free sandwich only to be told didn't do them. Walked out disappointed. Not very friendly staff.

Went into Greggs in Tower retail park at lunchtime.Great location and attractive looking restaurant, unfortunately they had no staff, the whole seating area was filthy, food all over the tables and floor, dirty high chair in the middle of it all,. I used the bathroom which was also very dirty!The poor girl behind the counter was asking for help , we cleared the cleanest table we could find ourselves and even when there wasn’t anyone waiting to be served nobody came out to clean the floor and tables. Very unhigeneic , put me off using it again . Such a shame as Greggs is very popular but the bad service will put people off…
