I asked for a hot sausage roll as I spotted a fresh tray which had obviously had not long come out of the oven. I pacificaly asked for a freshly made one. The woman who served me selected one from the almost empty adjacent tray declaring it was warm. Infact it turned out to be cold and had probably been sitting there for ages. If there is one thing I can't stand it's being fobbed off like an idiot by an idiot. This is very disappointing because the person who served me is better than that and if she had been instructed to sell the barely edible ones first she should have been honest with me and I would have had to option choose something else or go to Greggs in the High Street.

Went here earlier after college and I ordered some food and it came hot and fresh like advertised compared to that run down establishment on the high street that claim to be a greggs when they might aswell just be a ice cream shop with how coldTheir food is. Came here earlier today. The sausage roll was delicious, filling, fresh and hot. Staff were nice and the place itself looked spectacular. Highly recommend.

Still had bacon for rolls at 10:45 when most Gregg's have sold out by 10 and don't make more so bravo for that
