The flavours were good and balanced, strong where they needed to be.The atmosphere is not great here - as you'd expect from being in the heart of a massive shipping centre.While the staff were all working hard to keep the restaurant running and people fed, there was no 'service' as such. Communication between staff appeared poor. No one checked on us at our table. We weren't offered top-ups of the free refill items. I had to leave our table on a number or occasions to seek help, cutlery, the bill...As a result, when the service charge was added to my bill, without checking with me about the quality of service received, I felt aggrieved. It slightly soured an otherwise great visit.So. Either lower your expectations or speak up about the quality of service here, and I'm sure you'll have a fabulous visit. (Perhaps that will support the recruitment of more staff/better training/pay, whatever the issue may be...)I ❤️ ?”
