No toilet roll in barthroom no soap lucky has thease with me just been shopingno cutlery or napkins and none in the entire store no plate or tray just back to basic here barbarian style there is cost cutting and going too far not as clean as it could be toilets were clean and fresh but need to bring your own toilet roll and soap I'm sure this is a breach of health and safty rule and is an instant fail on your hygiene rating if inspection finds this.

This place is disgusting every table was dirty & the glass up to the stairs disgusting,floors with food all over it & the staff behind the counter chatting,my mum asked 1 of the members of staff to clean our table & she didn't bother.Awful place

Have had items missing from orders on numerous occasions recently and to top it off was served near raw hot wings .. dont waste your time with the place .. if you eat in , its a pigsty , if you take away your orders wrong or not cooked , dont want to think about what its like on delivery .. also the price increases over the last 6 months are extortionate

I have waited over an hour and 10 minutes for my delivery.If they was busy or unable to provide the delivery service they provide , I expect to be informed so that I might collect the order .However I had already paid for a delivery and the order was not ready at the restaurant for a very long period .This has put me off from going to KFC Dartford .

My first time, and was able to order at the counter rather than use the automatic order thinggy!!!I didn't make a note of the staff member's name but she was so polite and patient while I ordered food for my grandchildren, and I just want to say thank you.

I visited KFC recently and had a disappointing experience. The lack of contactless card services made the payment process inconvenient. Additionally, the staff packed my food with little regard, resulting in a mess upon arrival. To top it off, my order was given last, and the unfriendly looks from the staff made the whole experience unpleasant. Adding to the frustration, they didn't even accept any of the available offers, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction with both the service and the overall experience at KFC. Moreover, I observed that most of the employees were engaging in unhygienic actions, further contributing to my negative impression of the establishment.
