Ordered from this place numerous times and absolutely love it... that was up until they delivered something wrong and was met with a request for an additional charge to get what was originally ordered along with hostility from the shops manager.Original order was placed online and delivered, although the order was incorrect, so I contacted the store and explained the situation and was told that I would have to pay extra. After a discussion on whether I should or should not pay the extra, the store manager then went on to ask me if he should fire the employee that made the pizza incorrectly. All I want is the correct order delivered as to my original request placed online.Shame because the food is soooo good from here and, as previously mentioned placed many orders online in the past.They have, however, said that they would send the correct pizza although nearly an hour later I am still waiting...Finally recieved the correct pizza over 2 hours after placing the original order.

Definitely the worst donner kebab I have ever eaten. The donner was so greasy with no real flavour and was drenched in burger sauce which I thought they would give separately. The kofta kebab was nice but again was covered in burger sauce. The chips were floppy and greasy. They say they are providing halal food and they have an expired halal supplier certificate on the wall in their shop so not sure about that one but I have no reason to doubt they are serving halal. Won't be going back.

I ordered a pizza and being a regular customer they are trying to dent the mistake . The man who's working there or he wins the business I am not sure about it but the way he's speaking is very rude. Despite being rude they made sure that me and my kids make dinner @12 20 In the night . Very bad and very bad coustmer service . The person who is talking don't know how to talk . It is not about money it is about the hospitality. Hope these people make sure to keep the people who are experienced in making the business work.
