I've been visiting this place once a week on a Tuesday for the last year or so. I feel compelled to leave a review as I have found the staff to be efficient, happy and welcoming every time I call in.

I have been to most of the coffee shops in Dartford and easy coffee is by far the best one, not because the coffee is better it is the staff that make it the best. They are very pleasant, friendly and it doesn’t matter who makes the coffee it is very consistent on how good it is, not like some of the other big named coffee shops. What ever you order is brought to you at your table with a smile. The staff makes this a step above the rest, highly recommend.

I visited this cafe for the first time last week, and I was so impressed by the lovely happy staff that I went back again today. You feel like they really care about their customers- so so rare to find these days. The panini and tea were perfect, and the cheerful waitress said” if you want more milk, just ask!” So many chain restaurants have uninterested staff, there is a real connection between the staff and all customers.
