Disappointed to see a guy who is a manager at Crayford .at 6 in morning making coffee whilst stroking his hair and scratching his beard Made me feel almost sick They never stir your coffee or give you a in stirer However the plus side is that the girl who has been there for fifteen years Serves the window is just the best ever No hair issues You should retrain the guy manager doing the coffee around hi is hygiene Hair problem I just couldn't drink my coffee after seeing that

Went to have a lunch yesterday, as some McDonald’s allow NHS staff discount on order some don’t. Asked to a member of staff about that, she was so helpful and took us to the Managers who not only authorised us a discount but also took our orders. We waited a bit but when we been served the members of staff took care of us which we were not expecting at McDonald’s. Good place to eat in.

Grand reopening, look good very clean and gone are the long queues, waiting to order due to collections mc delivery now has a separate area away from the restaurant to collect deliveries, the only thing with the revamp is it looks smaller.

Order McDonalds this morning had to order through the speaker instead of via the app due to technical issues which isn’t an issue but was told to me very bluntly , order a meal didn’t get an option of what to have with my meal , the person sounded miserable i went to pay and the person on the till very rudely said i cannot lean that far when she didn’t want to move the card reader out of the window such poor attitude

Popped in for a quick bite and it was... Well, exactly as expected, which, in case of McDs, is a good thing. One aspect I didn't quite like was the busy parking with loads of humps and not that many pedestrian lanes, so getting to the entrance was a tad more finicky than expected. Otherwise your typical McD.

I was so bloody annoyed Saturday evening? I went to drive through & for a change there was only 3 cars in front ( usually so many more).However I was given my granddaughter’s drink whilst asked to park & wait for food order. I had my 2 year old granddaughter in car & she was getting very upset & frustrated waiting for our food. When it got to 30 minutes I asked cashier at window to see what was happening. Just 5 mins later my food arrived? when I got home though & served it to family, the meal was stone cold & mostly inedible. It was awful because it was sitting waiting for a member of staff to bring it to the car!! No way was the meal just cooked….

Services is horrible. Ordered only toffee late coffee, besides that wait long time miss my order even after that served for me normal late where should be toffee. Disappointed.
Dreadful service - ordered 1x McMuffin, 1x hash brown and 1x tea. Clearly this branch cannot meet demand with customers waiting everywhere. A nasty atmosphere with lots of disgruntled customers and rude staff. Finally got my underwhelming breakfast 20 minutes later. Certainly not fast food. (The PG tips tea was nice).Parking: Parking available

Far to busy, can't cope with drive thru and instore customers at the same time, not the staffs fualt theyve been left snowed under. Foods always cold, missing or poorly slapped together. They never have milkshakes. Atmosphere- hoard of hangry people jabbing at giant tablets smothered in germs and staring impatiently at the kitchen. Bring back the face to face service,

For a professional company this place is a joke... I've never seen a Mcdonald anywhere in the world as bad as this!. Foods cold, bread was dry and stale. Smells abit like vinegar. Some staff are OK one of the women, her RBF is scary! Smile a little it's not that bad! The funny issue I keep seeing staff are fast to lock up and close the drive thru but in the morning it's still closed at 05:20am! If you open at 5am open! So unprofessional!
