It’s been a while since I have dined in at Pizza Hut and I can safely say that it won’t be happening again. The staff were incredible but the food (portions) were shocking and the prices insane for what we were served.A “mega” childs meal consisted of a tiny pizza, and the apparent portion of chips were less than a cup full at £8 I think better portions would be served in a Mac Donald’s happy meal.My own meal was £20!!!!!! For a small pizza and garlic bread with cheese that has to be returned to the kitchen due to the lack of cheese actually on the bread which of course I had paid a premium for.A friend had ordered a lasagne, which may have been long but was about 1cm deep and had barely any meat within it. A friend ordered a gluten free pizza due to celiac diagnosis as this was one of the only options available to her which was very small given the £12 price tag and not a tasty as competitors pizzas.The drinks were lacking in availability, as was the salad bar.The staff and manager who assisted or concerns was fabulous & my party all agreed that it was more a head office problem with money being the biggest factor!!

Pizza hut are obviously in trouble, a meal for a family four, two pizzas, two sides, two deserts, £80. Rip off. On top of that, the salid bar has only half of what they are supposed to have, the drinks machine is constantly out of stock and they want £4.70 for a ice lolly. This was in the datford store. Just close down already. The place was empty, they sat us and other families around the window area to make it look full. It only had two people working

Haven't been here for a while and last visit was better. Salad bare (not a spelling mistake) the salad bar needed a refill. One of our pizzas arrived under cooked and we had to ask them to put it back in the oven, and they arrived before the starters did too. Also plates were dirty and I do mean dirty as they still had traces of food on them, 3rd lot of plated were finally clean. It wasn't busy there so no excuses. The girl who attended to us was lovely though.

I placed a large order for collection. The food was great. However just as I was about to leave, a lovely, passionate member of staff called Asima checked my order and noticed one of the pizza was wrong. She apologised, and sorted the new pizza in 10 minutes. Turned a potentially frustrating experience into a positive one! Thank you Asima for your passion and great service :)
Staffs were amazing however less choices for vegetarians, £20 buffet and we could not eat much with less choices.

It is what it is. Pizza Hut isn't going to set the world alight with Michelin star cuisine, but what it does, it does well.Staff were very friendly, good was good and the venue was clean. Can't really ask for more for a pizza joint.

They don’t tell you a buffet is on on the weekends. More like self service gave use the barcode to order. That makes it difficult for people who don’t have access to internet or savvy enough to use it. Under staffed. The gents had the was tap going on. Looks like they don’t maintain it well. £15 for buffet and 11 to 17£s for single pizzas just double it if you want to share it. Had to ask for tap water . Not at all busy, that’s the customer vote for this place. Recommend it? No. Parking free for the first two hours.
