Unmistakable the best Indian and Thai Restaurant in Kent. We sampled the new Indian Chef specials menu tonight.... wow two outstanding dishes! The service is fantastic, faultless. I would like to in particular mention Sedir with his friendly professional approach always keen to recommend dishes suitable to your tastes and spice levels. This welcoming outstanding restaurant is our favourite restaurant we have dined in with friends and family for over 10 years.6** for service, taste and ambiance.

Although the food was nice. It took so long before we were served. I think it would have been quicker to order just eat from them to our table. The food didnt come out hot either. It was an hour between some poppadoms and our mains.

I never ever write reviews but I feel compelled too. Please do not waste your money here, the service was shocking I understand the staff was busy however being passed hot plates to lay yourself, food literally thrown, staff acted like we was a nusience to them for ordering the attitude was so bad it made me feel uncomfortable !! Had to chase drinks orders not once did anyone ask us for drinks. The food in itself was awful, dry duck. Sorry overall the staff was SO rude & the food was terrible.
Never had issues previously but got food poisoning after ordering takeaway, not eaten anything else all day so no other cause. Tried to email to advise but no reply. Will not be going back especially as l noticed the food rating is only 4.

We have given the Radhuny a wide berth since March this year as we were disappointed with the service we received. Nine months on, New Year's Eve, thought we would give it another go to see if things had improved. How disappointed we were! We were sat down right under the air con unit and pointed out it was cold. Nothing they could do about it. Wasn't even asked if we would like to move. We asked for a bottle of wine. It was plonked down on the table. Wasn't asked if we would like to try it. And even better, it was already opened and a glass had been consumed from it! Had to flag over another waiter as the original person had quickly left without saying anything. A full un-opened bottle arrived for us to open. After 10 minutes, a different waiter came over to us to take our order. He didn't make any eye contact with us, just asked us what we wanted. He was more concerned about looking out the front window. Also, we were never asked if we wanted some poppadoms when we first arrived. A first for an Indian! The Prawn puree starter came out cold. Had to ask for it to be warmed up. The main dishes came out, but we had no cutlery to eat them with! Even the couple next to us offered theirs which was nice. Eventually, after waving my arms long enough, managed to flag over another waitress. No apology. Walked off and came back a few minutes later with stainless steel cutlery. If anyone has been to this restaurant will know that all the cutlery is nice gold-looking. No apology when given the replacement cutlery. At the end of the meal, we asked if we could have a glass of wine of the same bottle that we had been drinking and was declined and told we could only have the house wine. We asked if we could have two glasses from the bottle they brought to us that had been opened. We were told that was only for the manager. At this point, we really thought due to the service we had received, they would try and redeem themselves. Firstly, giving us a glass from that bottle which we were happy to pay for. Secondly, even a couple of glasses on the house! There was no apology for the service we had received. And to top it all, they stuck the service charge on, which was swiftly removed. I don't like to write reviews like this and the majority of the time we write very complimentary reviews. However, this left both my partner and I saying at the same time, that this has got to be the worst service we have received. Hopefully, management will see this and make some changes for future guests. Unfortunately, we will not be visiting this place again, which is a shame as the food is great.

Great selection of food. Big plates are served full of meat or chicken. Quality is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. Like the mix of food. Flavour is very good. Will come back.
