Lovely clean pub. Excellent drinks and wonderful staff. A great place to watch live sport on tv, but not overpowering if footballs not your thing. Highly recommend.

I visited this pub whilst working in the area away from home, I found it a friendly place where the locals would have a chat with you. The lady behind the bar (land lady I think) was really polite and friendly, she had a beautiful smile and an absolutle cracking pair of thrupenny's with a cleavage to die for , I would definitely visit again.Thanks for having me

As expected, food and drink-wise, a shame that a group had arrived during the afternoon and were loud, not the proprietors' fault but did impact on the atmosphere.The waitress was lovely and the restaurant was clean and well managed

Although the pub needs a redecoration it felt quite homely with friendly people. Lacking bitter at the time, but I was drinking Spitfire lager and was pleasantly surprised with the taste.
