I wanted to leave a review for the quality of customer service I get every time at Starbucks bluewater, always five star and one particular employee remembers my name even when they haven’t served me for weeks, just such a nice touch.

My first ever one star review - Harsh but fair! Two Americanos to go… only one turned up. No problem, after waiting a few more mins I queried where the other coffee was… a casual inaudible response - after waiting a further…poss 2 mins with everyone else being served… I asked again only to be told there it was but not in a take away!\\nBrushed off and on the edge of rudeness I was met with ‘not my fault’ responses. Costa way better for happy helpful staff…

Awful. Kids behind counter on their phones. Awful cup of tea. Place was filthy. Couldn't find a table that was clear. 2.60 for a really bad cuppa! I recommend you go elsewhere for your much need drink.

Connor was absolutely fantastic when he served me a moment ago (6.11.21, 11:30am). We chatted about how busy they were but he seemed to have a positive attitude and laughed at my bad jokes. Thanks Connor, your friendly manner and good customer service is really appreciated!
