I stated that the 2 kids meals were £8.58 online not that price each and was told ‘different chains’ They also charged me for a bag of crisps that I never even ordered then when I complained told me to ‘just take some’ absolutely ridiculous never going back

Disgusting customer service. The place was empty and the server told me to sit down for a minute as she was busy doing orders, seemingly for the delivery apps. I get 30 minutes for lunch and sat waiting for 10 of those with no acknowledgement from staff. Walked out.

Staff was friendly I'll give them that. Unfortunately, the guy prepping my sandwich dropped it on the floor and tried to sell it to me. When I asked him to make me a new one he, he proceeded to taking the content of the sandwich that had fallen on the ground and put them back with the fresh batch! Completely violating any health and safety protocols. The meat and cheese had touched each other. I was extremely disappointed and left even though the guy was nice. I don't think he even realised what he had done, staff need training!

Ordered from her only to receive stale bread, hardly any filling, missing crispy onions, ordered 12 mixed cookies but did not receive any triple chocolate, this is definitely the worst subway I have had the displeasure of ordering from.

Popped into the Subway Dartford and had the most superb experience. We had only been to Subway back in New Zealand so Highly and Kaiyen talked us through all the differences and answered our million questions! We had the best time chatting to Highly and Kaiyen and recommend stopping in if you’re in the area :)

Ordered on just eat & my whole sub was rotten. The bread looked like someone had been poking their fingers in it, the lettuce was literally rotting & the chicken had hard bits of fat in every bite. Bare gross subway fix up & look sharp.

Went in with my girlfriend and was served by Emmy who was very helpful and had a smile on her face very welcoming place and even send hi to my girlfriend kid my girlfriend likes her food in a certain way and Emmy was happy to acknowledge this she was very polite and happy couldn’t be happier with service defo recommend this location

Went in to the Dartford store and ordered a footlong BMT meal deal and as advertised on there digital menu boards it should have been £7.79, but they charged me £8.09, and when I mentioned it to them, all I got told was there was nothing they could do about it. Its false advertisement and the manager was just rude about it
