I have food poisoning for the second time in 2 weeks. I wasn’t sure at first but after last night I have absolutely no doubt that it came from this restaurant. It was the only place I ate yesterday (around 5.30pm) and by 2am I’m projectile vomiting. Sickness & diarrhoea for 10hrs straight. They haven’t had a food safety inspection in over 2 years.

Me and my cousin came to this establishment hungry and thirsty, we ordered everything on the menu and was very happy. On point except a few major things..Our order was a bit miscommunication and a crackhead disturbed me ordering, that partially destroyed the flavour of my food.While my cousin ordered loaded fries, we were awaited WITH 2 SMALL FRIES WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?! WE ORDERED GUACAMOLE AND WERE GIVEN NACO CHEESE ITS DAIRY NOT A VEGETABLEKid-friendliness: The crackhead wasn’t being very child friendly

Well. What can I say? It is a fast food chain so don’t expect much. Shop layout is awkward and atmosphere is dead. I swear I had quesadillas with curry sauce instead of jalapeño sauce, England does belong to another planet. You can pay slightly more and have a proper Mexican meal in town somewhere else. Staff seemed disinterested to say the least and counting the minutes to go home. Not going back.

Disaster. The self service counter cancelled my order three times. The third time it processed the payment of 55.16 but the restaurant did not receive the order. They refused to give us the food. So I ordered again, paid again at the cashier. Staff told me I'd get a refund of the first payment within 24 hours, it's been over 2 days. Food was great though. Experience was like no other. McDonald's or KFC would never do this to me.Refund still pending and it's been over a week. Someone from head office kindly contact me.

I really wanted to enjoy this place as I heard from a few people it was definitely a place to try. How disappointed I was. I ordered the plant based burrito with fries and a drink. The drink was the best thing, the food was greasy and the chips had so much seasoning on it, it made it inedible for me. The customer service was great though, the kind man helped me order as I was getting very overwhelmed by the machine. The atmosphere was quiet and clean which was nice. This place wasn't for me at all.

I had ordered my food from deliveroo. It arrived quite early but the quality wasn’t the best. The churros were raw. I was disgusted it was wet cold and you could tell it wasn’t ready. I feel sick and i have a fear that i am gonna to get salmonella be careful with your churros. this is unacceptable.

Extremely poor communication skills. We called to ask how to place an order to remove beef and we followed their advice. They sent beef on all products. When we called back they said WE had misunderstood what they explained. This place needs new ownership for sure.
Not gonna complain, it's taco bell... driver got a bit lost on the way but that's not down to the restaurant. I personally enjoyed the food, just standard service. I've never had a problem whilst ordering.

I hope the owner of this branch sees this. Your staff is very poorly trained and they don't seemed to wanting to work there whatsoever. They are not rude. Just look sad and quite clueless about the menu - many items missing and ice machine not working for ages. And people drink their drinks warm or room temperature. When they bring out the order, many items are missing and the staff doesn't even realise. Some of your fillings taste the same, even though some are supposed to chicken and others beef... This last one being quite salty. I really enjoy taco bell, but this branch could be more successful if you could keep things flowing with dedication.

If you insist to use the toilet, that is permanently closed to the public, you will find cups that the staff use to wash themselves. I don't know how the franchise allow this place to carry their brand. They give bathroom blue hand paper to the customers to use as a napkin but in the toilet they use the cups they sell for drinks. At the window you can see a huge display advertising food for £0.99. When I asked what they had for that price, the guy told me that there wasn't anything apart from their sauce.We will NEVER GO BACK there.

I can honestly say I’ve never seen a food place as dirty as this. Unfortunately we only saw this after ordering. The food was abysmal and has made my wife and I sick all day. This place needs investigating. Drinks not working, toilets straight out of train spotting with a sign saying ’these toilets are cleaned regularly’.

One of the filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Everything was just disgusting and is in urgent need of a deep clean. Our food took absolutely ages to arrive as well. I waited for almost half an hour while a stream of Deliveroo drivers walked straight in and were served instantly. Avoid at all costs.
