I've been ordering pizza from tgf for nearly 25 years now , I ordered my usual tasty trio by phone as I normally do ( there was a bit of miss communication with the guy on the other end , but I just left it at that and waited for the food to arrive ( almost an hour and fifteen minutes later still no food ) , so I rang again and asked what the problem was and a different guy Answered and was quite polite and understanding , he told me the first driver had a problem with his car and got stuck so I thought that's a fair enough excuse " , when the food eventually arrived it was luke warm ( I never had a problem with the pizza or garlic bread ) it was luke warm but I still ate them , the main issue was that I normally get a dip with the food but didn't get any this time ??? Plus I got the wrong side order , I ordered chicken nuggets but got something totally different and it was absolutely discussing , I don't know what they were but they weren't the chicken nuggets what I ordered , they tasted horrible and cold so I threw them straight in the binI have occasionally been a loyal customer for years but after this incident I will never ever be ordering from here againVery disappointing and upsetting.

Thursday 13th JulyI ordered dinner it was 2 hours late so I phoned them to find were it had got to and I was on the phone for an hour, then I got a cab to the place and found out it was shut. The money came out of my bank and on there Web site it said open. So be careful. I also rang them today and what a joke they tried telling me they were open and I got the food delivered. So now waiting for for money back.

This is actually my regular pizzeria in Dartford, I have been coming here for about 15 years, seen so many changes of hands but they have all been good to me!Parking: There are a few spots at quiet times right outsode or thwre is the side road opposite

1hr 30 mins to get to us. Driver rang said could not find our flat. We live in a house. Established he was lost. He continued to be lost for another 45 minutes. Rang TGF they blamed traffic, which was busy but not enough to be that late, rude staff of absolutely no help THEN when food arrived all food totally stone cold and tasteless.

Ordered 2 x pizza and 2 x chicken sides for myself and my family.Pizzas were over cooked and burnt slightly with hardly any cheese. Tasted like over cooked cardboard! I rang to complain and offered to send pictures to show them.They said no they made the pizza and it’s fine, basically insulating that I’m a liar.Offered no resolution and said they can’t do anything about it.Complete rip off. And waste of money.Avoid!
