Paid full price for premium seats, to end up sitting in a temporary circus tent with no email or information to let us know before hand. Still charged the full expensive price. Ended up sitting in uncomfortable, squashed kids chairs with no view and all the same height! Everyone had the same seats yet we still got charged the full price for premium seats. We were expecting to be in a proper theatre as described, shown and paid for. To be sitting in luxury big red comfortable seats at a incline and height. No acknowledgement or apology or even bother to compensate even after complaining via email to no reply. Disgusted and very disappointed!

Not Open for Business due to RAAC. However as you approach the building there are signs to Orchard West, the temporary building that has been erected to replace the original building . Uncomfortable seats and all on the same level , no incline. if you find yourself behind a tall person be prepared for a restricted view.. I am not a Pantomime person but the family loved it

Due to go to a performance in April and because the theatre is closed for refurbishment we have lost the tickets I actually especially booked for my friends birthday..we now have seats right in the middle instead of 2 seats on their own which are always first to sell...not feeling excited for this visitSound isn't great.. seating is just rows ...

Awful pantomime, overpriced and the female star from TV EastEnders not in show. Truly a mixed up production, very amateurish. Would not recommend at all, grandchildren very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Orchard West, temporary theatre, anything but temporary looking, spacious foyer, loads of staff, not a lot of leg room. Show was brilliant

Beauty and the beast pantoWhat on earth was that all about ?None of the original songs were sang they didn’t even use the original names other than belle. Why was there a bunch of boys doing flips off a trampoline ? Omg the worse panto I’ve ever seen such a waste of £200

It was a pleasant experience here watching a theatre show. The only thing that could do with improving is the seating - it can be rather uncomfortable when watching a show. Apart from that it was a great venue, close to local transport links too.

I highly recommend this venue, they have brilliant shows, good facilities, there is a bar and a small restaurant here too… they have a small shop selling hot drinks and nibbles - the parking is easy and not too expensive (currently £3) all the Staff are very friendly and the Managers are professional if you have any issues… I have seen so many shows here - I would also like to mention that the Staff back stage do a fantastic job too (they are in my book - the unsung heroes) the seating is good too. It is nice clean there, 10/10 for a local Theatre.

Went to watch ABBA Forever. It was a great night. Really good facilities, although I feel there should be more toilets in more accessible places! We had to go to the opposite end to reach them and missed the start of the second half because of the long queue.

Great modern theatre. Went here to see the School of Rock youth theatre show and it was excellent! Nice entrance too with the booths. If you like the Churchill in Bromley, you will like this theatre too.

I've been coming to the Orchard theatre since I was as young as I can remember. They attract a vast array of top musicals, plays and support local youth dance schools to perform.I think the place could do with a bit of renovation as it hasn't changed since the 80s! The chairs are a bit 'itchy' and uncomfortable during long performances, but in this current financial climate it can be overlooked.Overall, a great night out; fairly cheap tickets and the drinks prices aren't too bad either.

Comfortable theatre. Good sight lines and sound. Really didn't like the gaudy lights but once the site started and they went out it was fine. Whoever designed the complex/area around the theatre wants shooting though ?.
