Heard this was the best fish and chips in Dartford but unfortunately the portions of the food were seriously lacking. I was surprised that the chips were packaged with the fish as I've always had them in a separate bag. The chips and cod itself tasted nice, however I've definitely had better. I'm going to continue to go the place in Albany Park as its far more superior. I really wanted this to be good buy unfortunately my family agreed it was not on par.

Food is always lovely and hot and freshly cooked, for a fish shop and pie and mash shop, you don't have to have that, good menu, and breakfast to, a bar if you want a drink, staff so friendly and they remember you,Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome highchairs and kids menu good valueWheelchair accessibility: No steps so good for wheelchairs and the staff help and make you feel welcome

They have the BEST fish cake!!!! The chips are nice and fresh too. I didn’t eat inside I only ever get take away but my experiences so far have never been negative.

Popped in here with friends from overseas for lunch. OMG what has happened to this plaice? e.g. 1 item ordered was sausage, mash, peas & gravy. What was served was a processed saveloy & 2 scoops of tastless powdered mash mixed with water. I certainly will not be returning.

Omg what's happened to this lovely place.I used to love to love coming along here for an evening out with my partner. We travel from Orpington and have been using the restaurant for 10 years from when we lived in Dartford.It used to have a lovely atmosphere and food was gorgeous no matter what you had. Now the energy has been zapped out.Both me and my partner had fish and chips.I grew up by the sea so know what fresh fish tastes like. This tasted rank is only way I can describe it. It tasted like it had been frozen, defrosted a few times.The chips tasted like rubber.I came home and was sick. I guess from food !!The poor waitress looked like she wanted to cry. The other table were also unhappy.There was a man that spoke to staff like they were rubbish on floor.Have they changed ownership as not seen Jan the other owner in for a while.This is in the ideal location to make this an amazing place to dine out. Keep going as you are and you will be closed down!!!Parking: Street parking available
