Our waiter Ben was super cool, gave legendary recommendations. We really enjoyed the food and his service. It was my partner's first visit and we'll definitely be back. The pork ramen is so delicious!

We fancied popping out to get some dinner with the kids and thought we try Wagamama Bluewater. We got a table pretty quick. The kids were given colouring paper and pens straight away which is always great. The food was excellent, the service was excellent would definitely come back again.

We haven’t been to this branch of Wagamamas for quite a while, even though it’s our nearest one. We’ve always had exceptional service, quick, friendly staff. Today was different unfortunately, we were seated quickly and our order taken quickly as well. We are very aware items arrive at different times and and that’s never been a problem. Our first starter arrived, no probs, then a young man came over towards us with two Katsu chicken plates (which l think were both meant for us) gave one to a table next to us then walked back to the pass, then brought it over to us, and put it down assuming we were sharing it, we said we were both having the same, so he moved the plate in front of my husband, not being funny but it’s generally “ladies first”, so l started to eat mine on my husband’s insistence, whilst he waited for his. His curry arrived (this was probably the one meant for the table near us), we continued to eat, (there’s normally salad with the curry, mine looked like it had been made up of leftover small scraps whilst my husband’s looked fresh and appetising) We mentioned to our waitress we were still waiting for one of our starters, she said she’d check. We had practically finished our mains when my husband mentioned to her again we were still waiting for the starter. She said she would check again & walked away behind my husband, & let’s just say she doesn’t have a poker face. The whole time we were waiting, l could see the starter we had ordered, leaving the pass regularly, but not coming in our direction. She came back saying it would be 5mins because it was just being cooked, ie someone had made a mistake. It arrived, and was placed in front of us without any apology. Wagamamas has always been efficient, fast and friendly, l come from a background of retail management/customer service & this was not the best experience, definitely feel the staff need some training.

Went out for date night with my girlfriend to wagamammas for the first time and had a great experience with Milleur. Food was quick and Milleur was friendly checking in on our experience.

Every time we are coming to visit our family in Uk, bluewater’s wagamama is a must have! Food and service lovely as always!

Although I could not manage to eat noodles, the vegetarian dish was not too bad. Vegetarian Chicken pieces need to be softer. Difficult to eat out of a bowl !!
Great food and superb service, our server Karine went all out to make our experience a great one. The Yaki udon was delicious and the bang bang cauliflower was devine.

I’d never eaten at Wagamama before and had wanted to do so for years, IT DID NOT disappoint, food was delicious and every member of staff was friendly and helpful, my main server was Karine and she bubbly and cheerful. I’ll definitely be back 10/10
