Whenever we come to to sushi we always get one server called Ben who is always working super hard to make our experience enjoyable and exceptionally clean. We tend to come here just for the customer service being so great x shout out to Ben!

Very average, borderline bad. Came for a quick lunch on the basis of the deal advertised (3 dishes for £9.99) Me and my partner felt this was not advertised well as it was only once per table, which we hadn't realised and would have gone elsewhere had it been clearer. What's more is the offer is difficult to attain as it cannot be applied to any orders through the app which you are initially directed to + is from a specific selection of dishes which is not easy or obvious to find the menu to. The app is annoying and some dishes are hard to find among the categories or just not there at all. Food was average, the best pieces were the inari pockets but the ramen and yakisoba were bland. Food service was quick and the selection on the conveyor was good. But Overall just not worth it for the price.

Great location, fun food for everyone including children. The staff are always nice and service is quick.Prices have increased noticeably, but the dishes are good and it's a healthier option than most.

Worst Ramen we ever had, it was nowhere near to proper ramen, noodles were not even cooked properly, soup tasted like hot water with lots of soy sauce!!Sushi were not the best for the price..Very disappointed

Nice place for Sushi lovers. Family friendly with nice ambiance. I have been here twice and sat at the exact same spot both times.Vegetarian options: I love freshly cooked veg noodles. But it would be nice to have more veg options please.

Wasn't impressed i was asked to use the online ordering app whilst in the restaurant. Waitress was friendly enough. Food looked a little tired.

Second visit. I signed up the first time to receive emails and had a voucher for my birthday. I planned to use it for this visit. We asked for particular seating in the booking due to access and social considerations of guests. Presentation of food was just a little less careful than last time. Last time everything matched the images on the online order system, I put that down to only have two preparing the food. Staff were helpful and prompt with the help button for miso soup refills and questions. Very easy to pay. The food was amazing. Slight wait on hot food but this is due to its travel from the prep station in the back and to us, still hot though.
