Cannot recommend this place enough. We use Castle Fish Bar about once a month. It isn’t hit and miss, every single time it’s been fantastic. When recently there was a minor mixup issue, the customer service was 2nd to none and very appreciated. At no point have we ever had an issue with the food produced here. Highly recommend.

By far the best burger I’ve ever had, traditional chips cooked to perfection and the cod was delicious, the batter was perfect, golden and you can tell the oil was fresh, service was with a smile, polite and friendly and welcoming to a new local resident, this is our new go-to takeaway, thankyou :)

Absolute Legends! Popped there early on in the week to try it out. Was greeted by D, very pleasant customer greeting. I felt a very warm welcome. Its such a nice atmosphere. I Got large fish and chips and a battered sausage with two cans of coke for £15. (For me and the wifey) Try that in London you will be lucky to get a large chips and two cans of coke for £15 lol When I say OMG I mean OH MY Giddy Giddy Gosh!!! ? the chips are fat n sexy fish and chip shop chips. Old school style, the fish was fresh, I can say the oil it was cooked in was fresh too, the battered sausage was scrumptious. It was on my mind every day since.i had to go back today lol ? I got the same thing again and mmmmmmmmmmmm nom nom noms. It hit the spot. Its an absolute bargain for the price. The next time I go I will be reviewing it on tiktok!Please don't EVER change. Keep up the great work and thank you for your service.You are without a doubt my favourite

Decided to have fish & chips for the last night of our holiday. The Castle Fish Bar came highly rated and it didn't disappoint. I think these may have been the best fish & chips I've ever had. Not being a big fish lover I still plumped for the fish - excellent choice. The cod was fresh and tasty and the batter, as well as, the chips were free of grease and were delightful. Service was also very friendly. So if you're in this part of Kent make a heading for the Castle Fish Bar and reel in some wonderful nosh!
This is by far one of our favourite fish and chip shops such happy man served me the fish and chips dine perfect such great prices too if your ever in the area go here so worth it you can pre oreder aswell

Chips good. Cod awful. The chips I can't complain about. They were fresh and hot. They were perfectly cooked and took a while for them to start to cool down. But the cod was awful. It was the most chewiest fish ever. It was cold and a little bit over cooked. The batter was a bit soggy. If you are going to go there avoid the cod.
