“Rarely leave reviews, unless somewhere or somebody is really exceptional in what they do. This place ticks those boxes. The young man who runs the shop (when we’ve been in) is super friendly, calm and seemingly unflappable, even when catering for a wedding on the beach and kept customers in the shop happy and feeling looked after. The fish and chips are freshly cooked, great sizes and fair prices. There are other places but I won’t ever find out if they are as good or better - wouldn’t want to risk it. A1 , keep it up!! ?? ? ?”

“Oh my word! I have eaten fish and chips all over the UK and this is the best chip shop ever! The cod was thick and succulent and piping hot (even when we got home 10 mins later). Lovely friendly staff/owners. Pristine premises and it looks great too. I cannot recommend highly enough!”

“We ordered online for a big party - the food was freshly prepared and ready for collection at the noted time. The Owners were friendly - the food was hot and delicious and the portions were large. We had enough leftover for next day too :-) Thanks so much - we definitely would order again.”

“Banging pizza, best I've had in a while. I went for a Hawaiian with the addition of jalapenos for a spicy edge, and it did not disappoint. Deep pan and delicious. Cheers, I'll be back!”

“We were camping locally and ordered two Bacon Cheeseburgers and fries to be delivered. The food was fantastic, really tasty and hot and the delivery service was second to none, in that he drove right up to our pitch and was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely order again if we're back that way. Thank you”

“Great chips, unfortunately overpriced though.

I bought a medium size portion of chips, they were fresh out of the fryer and cooked just the way they should be - nice and crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside.

The portion size was quite small considering the price, hence 4 stars.

“We would have given 6 stars if we could - absolutely wonderful service & delicious fish & chips. Incredibly friendly, kind & hospbitable, we were offered complimentary tea & coffee whilst we waited a very short time for all our food to be freshly-cooked & prepared. We were made to feel very warm & welcomed & the food tasted all the better for that, although it’s clearly excellent quality. Myself & my partner can’t recommend them highly enough - thank you ?”
