The food and service at Ossies is great and there are a lot of non-standard options for a chippy. Things like calamari and sweet potato fries are on the menu. They forgot a burger with a large order I requested once but rectified it quickly and delivered by hand quickly with a bottle of coke as a gesture which was nice. Our regular chippy now.

What can I say, out of all fish and chips shops I have been too, nothing compares like Ossie's. Everything I have had is freshly prepared to order. Quality couldn't be better! The staff are very friendly and chatty and know how to have a laugh which is an added bonus. Fast and efficient service. I will continuously be using Ossie's as my regular fish and chip shop.5* all the way.

This is a fish bar that you must avoid. My family and i went there and we got a nice welcome but when we took a bite out of that food grease took over your mouth. The chips were soggy and the cod would break apart. There are definitely better fish and chip shops

This is the 1st time I had tried Ossies, and received great service-very friendly staff and lovely freshly cooked food order. Clean oil, great tasting food, just a touch expensive, but I'd rather pay a little more to get great quality AND quantity ?Will be going back soon. Would recommend.
