Chips weren't cooked enough burger was a nasty texture mushy barely cooked.the only nice part was the curry sauce. Overall pretty crappie.

This is a very good local take-away chippy. The cod & chips were very good quality (piping hot and crispy chips) the portion sizes are very generous and the price is very reasonable (a generous sized good quality cod & chips for under a tenner these days is a rare find). Would definitely recommend. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the batter on the underside in the middle of the fish wasn’t as crispy as the rest and just ever so slighty soggy.

It was one of the best fish and chips I've ever had. The cod was perfect. Great size (I had the large) very thick, flaky, and the batter wasn't greasy. Delicious! Great service too

Food is OK sometimes but the most annoying thing about this place as with many other Chippies in town is that they don't take cards any more. People don't often carry cash on them these days so if you go there and you've forgotten to get cash out then you're going home disappointed.I normally use Walmer Fish and Chip shop or Seaview near Deal Pier as they always take card payments.

Friends kept telling me how good it was ,it is Lovely fish ,batter that’s not doughy .Reasonably priced ,fish is not cheap now ,quite rightly dangerous job catching it .Cash only , I rang first to check .Try it
