Lovely pub with a nice little outdoor smoking area which I have used in the past. The pub was crowded when I visited on 24th Feb as the rugby match was being shown. The crowd and staff were welcoming and I enjoyed my two halves of beer before I moved on to get some food. A selection of four real ales was available.

What a great tap room! A little gem in the centre of Dover and well worth a visit.We stopped in after a 15 km walk from Lydden to Dover and we really needed a drink. The service was excellent and the surroundings quite conducive for relaxing on a Sunday afternoon.There is a great selection of cask conditioned and keg ales, including Time and Tide and Thornbridge, which are really well kept.I would have liked to have stayed longer, but had to catch a bus; and will be back?❤️??!

Loved it! A welcoming little pub with a wide choice of ales. The staff was friendly and nice to us. Little patio, and a warm atmosphere.
Love this place so much it's become my local!Staff are always lovely and welcoming. Whether I want a quiet drink whilst I read in a corner or a conversation, I always feel able and comfortable coming here alone

Quite big for a micropub. More a modern bar/pub. Was there lunchtime and there were a few older locals sitting around chatting. There were 4 ales, I sampled 2 and they were in good condition. The guy behind the bar was helpful and informative. Apart from the ales there were 8 taps serving a variety of craft beers and lagers plus a fizzy cider. Still cider was also available. Initially I had some reservations about this place but decided after a while that it was excellent
