It was, frankly, difficult to find fault with this hotel. I normally associate Best Western with high-end prices, but this was very reasonably priced and our stay was characterised by all the comforts you'd expect from luxury accommodation, including a splendid view of the sea-front out the window. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful at both ends of our visit.I have no negative comments at all.
Stayed here just overnight before the ferry to France, the hotel is a beautiful older building and is very well decorated and appointed. The booking in staff were amazing and everything went smoothly.Pros - Very close to the port only a 10 minutes drive.The rooms were spotless and huge, big bathroom and huge TV on the wall, it also had YouTube and apps so you could stream whatever took your fancy.Beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee.Cons- Can't...read full review
Quite a good hotel in a lovely location. The staffs are quite friendly and breakfast was good. I only hope a bigger lift can be provided for guests use and the house keeping team be more staffed, cos it took a lot of chasing around to have my room cleaned at approx. 3.00pm.
