We held a 90 th birthday celebration here today: the Team were absolutely wonderful! The function room already looked amazing, with classically beautiful Christmas decorations & we added our own touches, with the support and help of the staff! 16 of us enjoyed a lovely lunch. The food was of the usual high standard and all courses arrived promptly. We had all the help we needed with our cake, the candles and in creating just the right atmosphere for us! It was such a lovely family occasion, made just perfect by the Ask Team. Special thanks to Yasmine: nothing was too much trouble!Kid-friendliness: We had four young teenagers in our party. We went to the restaurant as we were visiting the area on a weekend away for our anniversary.The staff were very friendly and helpful, we was given free glass of fizz each and roses on our table when we arrived which was a lovely touch!The food arrived really quickly and was delicious and at good price too.If we’re ever in the area again we would most definitely return!Thanks for making our weekend even more special

We had 3 kids with us between 18 months and 5 years. So we were the type of table waiting staff hate, but they did really well with us and the food was great so they deserve the 5 stars

went to ask italian last night was greeted by very lovely staff who showed us to our table asked if we had any allgens and told us that there wasn't a couple of menu items that sold out due to popularity ordered drinks which came promptly after being ordered then ordered starter of olives which are not pitted but not a problem very delicious then came back and ordered mains which was very delicious beef brisket parpadelle all the food was very delicious and menu choice was more than good had a very lovely evening and highly recommend to go and have a meal at a lovely restaurant definitely going back again
