The Cow Shed at The Ship Inn
12 Ospringe St, FavershamMe and my adopted dad had a lovely meal here, genuinely think they could be the greatest triple cooked chips I've ever had. They weren't cooked once, they weren't cooked twice, they were cooked thrice. The frickles (deep fried pickles) are honestly better than winning the lottery. I love my dad. Also the toasties are banging and the meat stack was unbelievable, so much meat and cheese. I also love Jeremy Corbyn but not as much as my dad. *REVIEW UPDATE* The sticky toffee ends sundae is a custard filled creamy mouth explosion and my daddy is happy. The brownie brought joy to my life and my dad's mouth ?? Manchester United 4-3 Liverpool Dad refused to pay though so now unadopted, can anybody hear me?

Gunpowder Mill
London Rd, FavershamThe service was excellent. Very attentive and happy to help. Very accommodating to our dining needs. A lovely restaurant with tables spread nicely. Great parking and all round atmosphere. The food was exceptional with one of the best steaks I’ve ever had and the peppercorn sauce was the best. Desserts were also incredible. My husband and I shared all our foods so we were able to taste as much of everything we ordered. Food choice was fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ask Italian
Old Brewmasters Building, Court Street, FavershamThis is one the nicest Ask Italian restaurants we've been to. The location is really nice with garden seating which would be great in the warmer months. Inside the setting is nice and cosy and relaxing. The food was really good with a good selection of vegetarian options on the menu. The cheese fondue, zucchini, pizzas, pastas and garlic bread were all delicious. They do nice mocktails for the also.A really nice Ask italian and would be more than happy to visit again.

The Raj Indian Cusine
106 West St, FavershamFirst time with a take away from this place. Service was polite and prompt but flavours were a little flat, not the usual combination of garlic, ginger and cumin from a tandoori specialist. Garlic Naan was lacking in garlic. Worth a try though.

The Pizza King
15 Shunters Cl, FavershamI love this place, we order their pizza a lot and it’s definitely the best stuffed crust I’ve had, delivery is fast and they’re one of the only places that actually deliver to us which is great! My one complaint would be the styrofoam boxes for the sides as there have been a few times where the hot oil from the freshly fried sides actually melted the box and burned through to the next one, which made the food inedible. If they sorted this issue out it would be 5 stars!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options so there’s always plenty to eat! Vegan options not so much, but there are lots of vegetarian choices

HatHats Coffee Faversham
The Kiosk Faversham Recreation Ground, FavershamI have to say that today I had the pleasure of being served by two lovely ladies. Scarlet and Daisy. They were so welcoming and explained everything in the menu to me, as I am a partially blind veteran. They not only helped serve me. They also helped carry my items to the bench. Due to my disability this would have made it impossible with my stick. They simply are a credit to the hat hat team. I most certainly will be be telling all my chums down the veterans rooms about this most wonderful friendly location. If only others would follow in there clear professional work ethic.I was surprised they were both not in senior management roles here. Marvellous!

Costa Coffee
Crescent Rd, FavershamThe young lady, whose name is megan worked her socks off on saturday morning,as she was on her own from opening ,which i believe 07.30 until just about 10.00, the till and costa card machine were not working so it was cash only, and she is back on this morning (with help today) but also they have no oven on top of the till not taking cards still, i just think she deserves a pat on the back(at least) for the way she coped yesterday and still came back in this morning, which a lot of people would have gone sick!!!! She is a credit to your company.

The Dove
Plumpudding Ln, Dargate, FavershamVegetarian options: Literally everywhere else does a beetroot wellington, we phoned before our visit and spoke to the chef who made my wife a gorgeous little nut roast ?Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions maybe could have been labelled a little clearerWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant itself is an old public house, I would not recommend taking a wheelchair user as it is quite small and cramped in the main bar and would be difficult to get into as there is a steep step up.

White Lion
The Street, Selling, FavershamAn old favourite pub of mine, stuck out in the middle of the glorious Kent countryside and yet very close to the A2/ M2 motorways. Some of the old original features of the pub have been retained whilst externally from the street there is little sign of the modernization that has happened in the last decades. This subtlety adds to the mysteque if you visit for the first time.Lovely pub food is served by friendly staff and the beer/ wine selection is good too.
