“I have to say that today I had the pleasure of being served by two lovely ladies. Scarlet and Daisy. They were so welcoming and explained everything in the menu to me, as I am a partially blind veteran. They not only helped serve me. They also helped carry my items to the bench. Due to my disability this would have made it impossible with my stick. They simply are a credit to the hat hat team. I most certainly will be be telling all my chums down the veterans rooms about this most wonderful friendly location.If only others would follow in there clear professional work ethic.I was surprised they were both not in senior management roles here. Marvellous!”

“The young lady, whose name is megan worked her socks off on saturday morning,as she was on her own from opening ,which i believe 07.30 until just about 10.00, the till and costa card machine were not working so it was cash only,and she is back on this morning (with help today) but also they have no oven on top of the till not taking cards still, i just think she deserves a pat on the back(at least) for the way she coped yesterday and still came back in this morning, which a lot of people would have gone sick!!!! She is a credit to your company.”

“I made the journey to Brogdale farm to have my COVID and Flu jabs at my chemist who I use for my medical needs as they deliver, well hubby and I arrived early so had a cup of tea while we waited for our turn. We enjoyed the feel and atmosphere of the place decided to return after our jabs to have lunch. The food was very good, hubby having liver and bacon, and I opted for the haddock. Hubby really like the coffee which they served not to bitter. Vin and Jen were the perfect hosts, and we shall return and maybe do a tour of the orchards next time.”
