Recently moved to area this place is a MUST. Fantastic sandwiches and cakes. You have to try it. Only criticism?Take the photo of the girl in suspenders down from the toilet, we’ve moved on, it's not 1965.

First visit back after the New Year and Havishams was just as warm and welcoming even without the Christmas decorations. We had excellent coffee and excellent cakes and had the usual fun with the friendly staff. I tried their Red Velvet cake for the first time - deliciously moist and flavoursome! Thumbs up to Havishams and we wish you a great 2024.

We stayed in the lovely village of Faversham while visiting England from Nashville, TN. Havishams was our favorite restaurant of the trip! The food & coffees were delicious! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, & home-like. They were very careful & accommodating with our daughter’s life-threatening nut allergies. Everyone was friendly & kind. We felt welcomed like locals. A perfect cafe!Dietary restrictions: Very conscientious & caring with dietary restrictions.

My friend, myself and our two kids went for coffee and cake after a swim, and the owners were so friendly, professional and made a real effort. The previous owners were pretty miserable, so this was a welcome change as we only went there as everywhere was closed. After the lovely experience with the new owners, we will be back soon.

I thought I would treat myself to brunch as I had a day to myself to do some Xmas shopping. I ordered a coffee & eggs & smashed avocado on toast. The food arrived quickly but didn’t look very appealing. The bread looked & tasted like sliced supermarket bread. The egg was watery & the white was runny & undercooked. The avocado must have come straight out of the fridge & made everything cold. I sent the food back and paid for my coffee. I have had the same brunch cooked really well from many other places (which isn’t difficult to cook) including a lovely little cafe nearby which has sadly now closed. Very disappointing, I won’t be back!

On our visit to the Christmas market in Faversham today I stopped in Havisham’s for what i can only describe as the best breakfast I have had in Faversham, the staff were friendly, helpful and just amazing considering how busy it was in there, even managed to squeeze an extra chair onto a table so I could sit with all my family, i was amazed at how quickly my breakfast came considering we ordered four and how high quality it was, the coffee was amazing and just an all round perfect experience. And in the Christmas spirit I had to take a photo of this unique and beautiful Christmas display in the caffe just made my day!

Stopped in Havishams on Sunday whilst visiting the antiques market on a very cold and wet winters day, what first caught my eye was the fantastic Christmas displays in the windows so i had to go inside, to be welcomed by such friendly and helpful staff, and on the counter which was filled with homemade cakes were these wonderfully displayed minced pies, i had to ask how they were made and what ingredients were in them and the lovely lady that served me informed me that they are homemade orange and almond pastry and homemade filling, all made by the wonderful owner, no additives or anything bad! I had to try one, to which i was offered it warm with cream and mulled wine who could say no to that! From the first bite to the last they were fantastic by far the best minced pies i have ever tasted and warm on a winters day was just the best will definitely be retuning to have more!!

Popped in for lunch today. Love this place. Amazing atmosphere with 1950's music. Always go there when we are in Faversham. Had the best jacket potato I have had in forever. Delicious. Was really busy, so a bit of a wait but it was worth it. Staff really friendly. Thoroughly recommend

Thank you for hosting & accomodating our party of 15 for my Mum's 89th Birthday today 24.09.23. The staff made us feel very welcome & were so friendly & helpful. They looked after us all very well. The furniture was re-arranged as to accomodate my Mum to sit at the table in her wheelchair. My Mum had a great time so thank you for making her celebration special.Dietary restrictions: One of the party had a diary allergy. The staff again catered to our requestsKid-friendliness: We had 7 children in our party, my Mum's Great Grandchildren the staff were good with the children. The children were also very good.
