Have lived in Kent all my life and decided to book this tour on a whim as this Brewery has so much history. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience! Our tour guide Glyn was really friendly, informative and engaging, telling us lots of interesting facts. The tour lasted about 1hr15 and we were given plenty of time to look at everything and take it in, it didn’t feel rushed at all. This was then followed by a guided tasting in which we got to try 6 beers and learn about each of them. Would highly recommend and very reasonably priced at £22 per person

I've been to a fair few brewery and distillery tours and THIS TOUR is by far the best ever. Solid history - accurate brewing information - and great overall access. I'm a home brewer and I appreciate good beer. And I really really enjoyed this tour.

Enjoyed an excellent "Father's Day" gift this weekend, visiting the Shepherd Neame brewery. The tour was succinct and informative, reviewing each stage of the process of making beer. This is followed by a sample session at the end, rounding it off nicely.I would recommend a visit if you are in this lovely part of the country.

I got the brewery tour as a birthday gift and we absolutely loved it :-). Nice small brewery and very informative tour.Note-All I would say have some food before you go as, first of all, I was pretty drunk by the end ot the tasting and secondly no restaurants in Faversham do food from 3 to 6 and the tour finishes just after 3 o'clock.Overall very lovely experience.

Good tour. Not sure about the beers.Myself I like a fruity aroma beer which I didn't find.Though the lager was ok.

The oldest brewery in the country. On some days, the smell of hops fermenting wafts across the town. The shop has a variety of goods (although, oddly enough, the beers are cheaper in the supermarkets than where they actually brew the stuff).

Brilliant tour and tasting - Nick is lovely, a real find.

Excellent brewery tour - lively, well-paced and scripted, and completely compelling. Good sampling afterwards too - six small glasses of various brews with helpful tasting guide.

Excellent tour for two hours with 6 beer tasting at the end. Very interesting commentary by Laura. Keep it short and to the point without over elaboration. There is a souvenir shop and a chance to purchase some of their beers. Really good afternoon recommended

Pricing policy is the problem. Order my favourite beer (Kentish strong ale), from their website and its almost twice the price than from my local supermarket. What sense does this make ? S/Neame.... wake up. Sack the accountants and promote the brewers.... you've been hijacked.

Would totally recommend doing the brewery tour. If your into ales or lagers then this is a tour for you.

Fantastic tour, very interesting seeing all the equipment and machinery, with good context and information provided by the tour guide. A fascinating mix of history and technology. It would be interesting to have a more in depth process tour that goes into more detail and is a bit longer. It is clear a lot of work and development has gone into the facility over the years and deep diving would be fascinating. Lean processes and bespoke machinery everywhere is fascinating. The tasting at the end also puts all the information into context, nicely rounding off the afternoon.Overall highly recommend especially for the price.
