I visited today for the first time. Just wanted to give a shout out to the employee that was single handedly running the place today. You kept your calm as much as possible and delivered all your orders as best you could. I really hope that you have a good good rest and thank you for my lovely iced coffee. I hope that you don't have to experience working alone again and holding the fort like you did today. It was not fair on you.

This is a lovely Starbucks next to the Travelodge in Dargate. The staff are friendly,polite and efficient. Thank you for a lovely hot chocolate on a cold day.

This Starbucks shares the car park with the Travelodge and is very handy for a quick bite to eat and a coffee. Pleasant staff and lovely coffee.

Good size restaurant just outside Whitstable on the A2. it's on the eastbound direction but you can easily cross from the west bound A2 by costa to get to it ...friendly staff,nice shop,and good service .pretty good really

Popped in for coffee and bacon rolls, only 2 staff on shift the Barista wasn’t experienced enough to cope with the amount of orders being placed. The bacon rolls were ready 10 minutes before the coffee and I had to ask for new rolls. The person taking orders could have helped the other one but chose not to. Very poor service they need at least 2 staff making drinks people do not want to wait so long for drinks that should be quick and easy to provide. Won’t be returning would rather divert and use Costa across the road. Saturday us obviously a busy day but Starbucks don’t want to provide staff to cater for you , they would rather keep customers waiting. VERY POOR

The two girls seemed completely out of there depth unfortunately. They gave food to the wrong person who was honest said it wasn't there's but had touched it before giving it back and then gave it straight to another customer and one couple where waiting just for 3 cakes no drink and waited for a long period of time while the girls struggled finding a cup on the till and just carried in serving customers. It was busy but not manic and they seemed so out of kilter with each other. In front of me was only 3 people and unfortunately I was in the store for nearly 20mins while they worked out what to do. They gave cold drinks without straws and had to cool people back and weren't putting cup protectors on to prevent burning your hands. True shame. I love a starbucks but after this experience I won't rush back to this branch ill just use the rivals coffee machine in the services.

Nice, clean, efficiently run Starbucks, with plenty of space, adjacent hotel and a petrol station (No petrol at time of writing) sharing the same approach road, so you can empty your pockets in more ways than one.
