Bar • “Went for a walk in Folkestone after a long bike journey and stumbled across Finns bar ?Very warm and welcome vibe with great service. Went for the 10oz burger which hit the spot, came with salad and chips which was refreshing and just what was needed. Alfie was fantastic and couldn’t ask to meet a more down to earth and friendly bloke. Highly recommend a visit.”
Bar • “We had dinner at this seafood and highly rated restaurant. Whilst expensive it is great value. The dishes were all excellently cooked. I had a seafood platter that filled me up. The Sicilian white wine certainly helped us along. The staff were informal yet professional - impressive. The restaurant is right on the harbour.”

Bar • “For no reason I've walked past this place for too long!Randomly went in to have a look around and stayed for a quick drink!Saw one of the pizzas come out and looked and smelt lovely and will definitely go back to try them.Nice beer selection and one of the best looking garden areas in Folkestone!”

Bar • “I attended with friends for the Sunday Carvery. I was instantly impressed with the various vegetables dishes, including the lovely cauliflower cheese and selection of roast meats. The rib of beef was beautiful, tender and very tasty. The chef freshly carved the meats and said we could return for more if we could fit it in, portions were generous. Choosing the desert wasn't easy as the selection was good. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend prior booking as it is very popular. This is the best carvery I think I've ever had. Will definitely return soon, thanks so much.”

“A wonderful old pub full of character. Nice dining area Staff were polite and very attentive Good menu choice. The fish was from local harbour and was delicious. Prices good value We will certainly return”
