Very irresponsible staff. The small girl in front of the till were on dream world. She was not listening to the customer’s questions. And a never mind attitude as well. When I entered to the shop the staff was not there in the till.But I saw them inside the office laughing and chatting. I called them twice and they came to take the order. If they can’t serve the customers properly then why the management keeping these lazy staff.

Food not the best at this branch very greasy, order wasn't called out so they put my order in the bin, they did redo it very quickly to be fair to them. Wouldn't give a young lad some water when he asked it was obvious he was desperate the weather was boiling and he had been cycling. It wasn't particularly busy

Order and pay fore3 capri sun apple I ghet 2 capri orange, Order and pay fore King loaded pepercon fries dhey give me small on, Order and pey fore 3 heinze ketchup sachet they give me non 0. Ordered pay fore steakhouse creepy chicken + 1add bacon 9onion rings and capril sun apple & blackcurrant, I ghet only the burgers and 4 onion rings. The delivery told me to coll them but no anser.

Great place for a quick snack in Folkestone. Service is always quick and efficient and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The burgers are always so fresh and the chips are nice and fluffy. Great atmosphere you don't mind going in on your own. Nearly always somewhere to sit. Toilets are always clean. Brilliant position near the bus station, you can get a take away before getting the bus.Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy to get the wheelchair in and out of doors and it's on ground level, so very easy easy.

Absolutely awful!!!! Burger was tiny,the bacon stone cold and 90% fat. Two burgers and two drinks came to £20. What a joke!!! It's was so awful we got our money back and went to the fabulous pie and mash shop which was £4.50. Fantastic. We will NEVER go in a Burger King again.

My experience at this particular burger king was awful food took ages to come out. When it did half the order was missing. Some of our order got given to another couple who then bought it back in and instead of cooking ours fresh they gave us the food that had allready been manhandled by others and were obviously cold at this point, the chips were stone cold too and the burger wasnt much to go on with the stale tasting roll. All in all my food was terrible and the only part i liked was the drink. I dont think the manager had the support of his staff
