There's something a little different from your average pizza joint that makes Fireaway special.Whether it's the flour mix of the dough that produces a distinctive flavour or the range of ingredients and toppings on offer that makes them stand out, I'm not sure. But stand out they do.They also offer great sides as well, the wings are particularly good.On top of all that the prices are also really reasonable, they even have special discounts during the day. Perfect heating, amazing hygiene e.g. always using gloves and wiping surfaces, you can watch your pizza while its being made and the food is cooked in a traditional wood oven. All the prices are fair and there are really kind people who serve you and recommend deals for better prices. Phenomenal experience recommend for the family (they also have things such as costumise your own pizza and animal shaped pizzas).

2023 Edit:Had a bad experience here earlier this year, they put my vegan cheese on top of the mozzarella instead of swapping it out. Apparently they "Replaced all their staff" and that's why the mistake was made. The fact that all their staff left at the same time doesn't fill me with confidence, but they also apparently didn't train the new ones properly. They told me it was my fault for not putting a note on the app even though there isn't the option to and I never had that issue when ordering vegan cheese before. They reluctantly delivered a replacement pizza but passed me to about five different members of staff on the phone before I got a resolution. I haven't been back since.Pizza was fine. But I'm disappointed in the service compared to my previous experiences.Original 5* review from 2021:Ordered from here for the first time the other day and was blown away. Build your own pizza with a really exciting and different choice of toppings Vs the usual rubbish you get at other places. Vegan cheese was delicious (not sure what brand it is but it hit the spot!), Best part was the delivery was super fast. Granted I'm based in Folkestone but the pizza arrived fresh and exactly as ordered. I've already ordered again since! Will be a repeat customer for a long time.

I stopped by on a lunch whilst working in Folkstone and ordered a 12inch vegan pizza lunchtime special. It was cooked in front of me and was delicious! Will definitely come again when I'm in town!
