Just collected takeaway donor kebab and a chicken kebab....(a guilty pleasure)...ordered online....really easy and we can put in any special requests.Food was absolutely delicious as always....fresh, good portions...exactly as requested..... Highly recommend.

This place used to be brilliant, but has since gone down hill badly, lamb meat all dry and tasteless. Chicken doner all dry and tasteless. Too much staff behind the counter getting in each other's way. Staff rude. Will be taking my business else
Gutted we have used this place for years, tonight the food was cold and really unpleasant,we phoned and told them a guy in the back was heard to say they are lieing...trust me we are not ! They offered a £5 off our next meal, nope not interested will never use again appaling service.

Had a lunch here. Ok, there are no plates, so it is like take-away also when eating in. Had chicken döner with rice. The meat was delicious and the rice excellent. Hot sauce I had was so tasty and hot enough. There were two oddites. First, the red cabbage, which is normally sauerkraut, was just salted. It was so salty it burned my mouth. Inedible. Asked them to sort it out. Second issue was the garlic sauce my son had. It was mayonnaise based. That is not what I expect in a turkish restaurant. Owner, please make youghurt based sauce.If I return to Folkestone, I will eat here again.

Time delivery received 30 minutes before time (good that we been home). Pizza was almost cold...Second time, time delivery was mess up.When call them hear the person on a back screaming they are busy ...

Part of order missing, phoned up to be told we are busy, don't take so many orders if you can't forefill them. Told they will send missing food out. Had eaten the rest of our food, still no chips, phoned again for refund. Told chips are on way so no refund. Attitude of staff was disgusting, they just don't care as long as they are taking your money they clearly don't need to give you customer service. WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!

Still 20 minutes later rest of order hadn't arrived phoned again to cancel and ask for refund was told no refund as driver was on his way....no good to us as we had eaten what we had. Attitude of staff was disgusting....just don't care!! Won't be using them again!!!
