Awful service for deliveries. I live third floor in house of flats. the delivery driver could not be bothered to walk up 2 sets of flights of stairs so just left my food on a random table on the ground floor of building. I only found this out after ringing restaurant for update as delivery driver had just left it without telling me it was there or coming to my flat door! You can't just leave food in a random place near my flat!

I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant the other day, via justeat, (£70 worth)!. This was only the second time of ordering from them. The first time we enjoyed our meal, this time was a different matter though. The food sent was wrong, and when I put in a complaint via justeat, I was fobbed off with an excuse. I had ordered 2 portions of satay chicken, but received garlicky chicken that had not been near a peanut. The excuse being that they have their own recipes and cooking techniques. I smell bull, and so much garlic! We will NOT use this place again. I was also disappointed with the quality of the rest of the meal as well. Not to own your mistakes, as a business, and rectify them, is not good business practice. I gave you the chance to sort this problem out. Maybe you should also know, I am a fully qualified chef myself. I hope you do not treat other customers who complain with such disdain. To anyone thinking about ordering from here, think again.
