Waited 45 minutes to be served cold food. It was a busy time and so I didn't mind waiting, but didn't expect to be served cold food after waiting so long.

This mcdonald's is always nice to come to, either via the drive thu or eating in. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. It really looks like they enjoy working together, which is always nice to see. They're a great team!

Fries are often undercooked so check before you leave. Despite the new layout there are still issues with parking and people from petrol station often cut in the queue!

My business associate ordered a chicken select and it didn’t have the special dip you usually get. I also ordered 4 barbecue dips but only got 2 absolutely appalled by this ruined our lunch and i’ve now been informed by my boss that I will not be receiving anymore lunches because he thinks I stole it!!! NOT ON MCDONALDS. Sort this out ?

Being disabled the staff where extremely helpful and friendly with great disabled access. The only minus was the baby change is in the accessible toilet but a minor gripe as this is common during cold weather the air conditioning is on all the time so take a coat and
