Absolutely appalling service. They accept orders they cannot fulfill. 2 hours plus wait regardless of what you’re told online and when you ring up they are of no help whatsoever. They should not be accepting orders and taking money for orders they cannot fulfill. So many other Chinese takeaways to choose from in this town… choose them.

Absolutely awful service. 2 hours after I ordered still no food. Contacted shop, I was told it’s busy as it’s bank holiday. No apology. Initial expected time for delivery was 40 mins when order was placed. I rang after 1 hour. Advised another 30 mins. After 2 hours still no food. Very unprofessional. Stop taking orders (and peoples money) if you know you are unable to fulfil the service you advertise. Or be truthful and offer customers the opportunity to go elsewhere. Honesty goes a long way in keeping customers.
