Order came late the meat was very dry on the pizza. the halloumi Fries tasteless the drink was warm. Compared to eating in at Ashford restaurant this was awful. Dry greasy and bad belly next

One of the worst takeaways in Folkestone, not sure how a big company like Pizza Hut can consistently get it so wrong. Food tastes like cardboard, delivery time is much longer than other takeaways, customer service is appalling and I also don’t get how you can get an order wrong when it’s right in front of you.

Orders my deal via the app. When I turned up the food was under cooked and the menu inside was cheaper than I paid via the app. When we went back to ask about it. We were told that's how it comes and all will be the same. No help at all.

Placed a delivery over the phone. Paid for it. Told them to take my number to let me know when here. The food never turned up and I had no phone called tried ringing to see where it was and no one was answering.

Order never turned up and despite ordering through their own app, told me to contact deliveroo as they were using deliveroo to deliver. I went to support and they didn't help either, so I am extremely annoyed at this and how it's NOT been dealt with.

Negatives : once upon a time Pizza Hut was epic not anymore , phone line busy or when they pick up they not serious about taking customers orders they tell you to hold the line while they doing other tasks on shop floor not professional at all unlike dominoes. I recommend dominoes pizza services ? all day over Pizza Hut services

Wednesday 22/02/23 Asked if they had vegan options. Guy at the counter said 'I don't agree with it', and 'There is vegan cheese and bases - but that didn't come from me'.I just walked out.
Took my money but didn’t deliver, shut before they were meant to so no answer on phone and no help! Total rip off

Haven’t ordered a Pizza Hut from Folkestone in several years due to the fact that it was always greasy, cold or barely warm, stodgy, and there was always missing items from the order. Given the benefit of the doubt as it’s been so long since ordering and yep, same ol same ol. Spent the whole time throughout my meal trying to sort out missing salad, food was stodgy and barely warm. Our order was for over £100 luckily we got 40% off but still wasn’t worth the money. Won’t be ordering again
