Extremely slow service. You would expect that when the store is busy but I was the 2nd customer in store . I've waited well over 10 minutes for 1 coffee. No sense of urgency from staff. They were more interested about back talking about some other worker, I can assume theirs mgr and complaining about her asking them to remember to clock in and out . Not interested in customers at all. The only one who actually did work was young black hair girl who was on the coffee station

Nice location and they serve the usual Starbucks items. However the clientele is not the usual Starbucks clientele. The place seems to have a large population of ladies have nothing to do all day who plunk themselves down with their small children and spend the entire afternoon. Unfortunately, this takes away from the usually good Starbucks atmosphere. For that reason I generally don't patronise the place. Not sure what Starbucks can do about this, it's not as if you can choose your clientele.

Great coffee from this Starbucks. I noticed big brands don’t put the effort to make a good coffee, but this is an exception. Didn’t disappoint, right amount of froth, consistency and taste. Please don’t change your ways ???

Staff friendly, coffee great , good service But several tables outside were left full of cups etc when people left, as people were having to clear the tables themselves to sit down. Was there for a couple hours ( had a few coffees with a friend) and they were still there when we left . Shame as there was 4 staff behind the counter and it wasn't busy

Didn't tick any boxes on any 3 of the lattes/cappuccino to tell me which was soya milk as I'm lactose intolerant and suffer with IBD.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant! No labelling

Terrible. Ask for extra hot drink, wasn’t even warm. Dirty shop. 4 members of staff for a quiet Thursday afternoon and all standing around not doing a lot. Drinks made one by one even though lots of staff. Filthy counters, tables and floors. Won’t be visiting again

The staff here are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, my drink was made wrong and it was changed instantly, no questions asked. You're able to collect stars and use freebies at this restaurant too, as some places don't let you.Parking: There is no parking if you just want to pop in and grab something. If you want to go into town and look round then ASDA is easy to park in. You can attempt to dodge the wardens and park on the double yellows just outside, but that is a risk that is totally on you.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two entrances to the store. One has a step (the side door) and the main street door has a flat floor running up to the counter. The counter is quite high, as are the tills, and the plastic (only since COVID) makes it harder to hear and be heard. Also the door is very heavy and not really easy to use when in a chair, it's hard enough when I'm walking.
