Very expensive!!! Horrible cappuccino, the guy which was making the drinks at time of my visit was shouting drinks which was necessary to do so, I suppose it’s in his culture but in UK honestly I let others to see them self.

Bad. Both of the Asian guys working in this Starbucks franchise were very rude to several customers and didn't make the drinks correctly, even though the label was correctly printed on it. Then were rude when correcting it. Looking at the recent reviews of this place, Starbucks needs to pull this franchise or demand that they improve their staffing.

Soya Latte! Soya Latte and more Soya Latte with cinnamon powder withering over the frothing soya latte adds a mesmerising treat to the tongue, nasal buds and stomach! Keeps me energetic for another 2hrs!A long drive to anyplace would have intermittent Starbucks Soya Latte would helps me hydrated. A bite of yummy ?cheese croissant ? add more thump to the Soya Latte! ?♥️

A colleague and I stopped here yesterday for a quick coffee break. Two women, neither wearing masks, talking loudly to each other behind the counter, coupled with my colleague coming up to me as I waited in the queue to tell me half of the tables were covered with crumbs and/or coffee stains, meant we left without ordering.
I requested a puppicino off the Starbucks secret menu for my dog..thanks to the kind staff at this branch of starbuckies ...we will be visiting again

Not only is the main entrance broken, but so is the experience. Surely the point of a franchise is to make the same service available in more places, with the same level of customer service. Unfortunately despite having free drinks to claim within the app as a loyal customer this branch is unable to accept this.... interesting as loyalty is built within the app, but not honoured in store!!
