Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a steak sub when I visited today and it was awful, I just couldn't eat it, after complaining they changed it for a different sub. Avoid this place if you want nice tasty food, I will not be going to this place again. The tables were dirty and littered as well.

Worst service I’ve had at a SubwayWhat is Subway if you can’t even choose the salad? Bought one of those ‘preset’ sandwiches which already has a salad choice and was told I couldn’t even tweak it. The guys were grumpy about removing a single ingredient I didn’t like. I get it when it would be asking for a completely different salad on one of these, but just tweaking it to take a single ingredient should not be a problem. Either way I get that these are preset to a degree so not a massive issue.On a separate occasion though, I popped in for a breakfast mega melt and was told that I couldn’t even choose salad or sauce for that! All I wanted was a bit of onion! Totally ridiculous, especially given this isn’t one of these new ‘preset’ sandwiches and there is a dedicated all day breakfast sub which I didn’t order ? Never ever had this kinda service at a Subway before, just feels like the guy running it wants to be on a power trip and tell you no for the sake of it.If you want good service and to actually be able to choose what you have in your sandwich, use the Park Farm restaurant. Been going there years and never ever had to deal with anything like this. Always friendly and helpful. Will not be returning.

Worst subway experience!I have tons of points stacked on my phone, and every time i try to use them, the give me an insulting look and then deny for me to even use the points in their own app!!I do the survey in their bill and get the free cookie/Drink, and they literally refuse to serve me??!! it is their own bill, and their own website voucher , and they refuse to give me anything!! they need to change their staff immediately! I have been nothing but a friendly and loyal customer(Bonus: They always lie to me and tell me that their coffee machine is broken, when it is clearly working)

Awful subway experience. Ordered new sub experience thing. Tried to choose some salad just got grunted at that I can't change it. Slapped sauce on I didn't choose and wrapped it up. Tried to ask please can I just change it I don't want it. Grunted at, no idea why I paid, british manners I guess. I later investigated it, all he had to say is you want a create your own. No customer service at all I feel ashamed I didn't just walk out. Never going to that one again, staff are yobs.Also to all subways, why the hell can't you do half and footlongs for same price, it says be picky!

Very quiet. No other customers. Tried margarita slices for a change. Just cheese and tomato sauce on limp bread ? . Cheesy bites not like they look in picture , soggy and limp. Disappointed.Shall stick to subs next time.Vegetarian options: Good vege options, as long as you make sure they change their gloves after meat customers

The worst customer service ever- woman didn’t even look up when ICame- I asked her and without a courteous word she told another to deal with me. None of them eve smile except the thin short lady did today. This woman Fatima- claimed to be the owner and being owner somehow leads her to think she can be rude, shout and be dismissive of whomever she chooses.As a just east driver I only asked if get a discount as we do in other subways and her response was beyond credible.Too many times I’ve hear dissatisfied customers, extremely slow service, sometimes I wait for 45 minutes and am patient with them but today this woman has topped the list of the worst customer service I’ve ver. Shouting at me and ride for no reason - they should no better.
