Coffee is great and staff are friendly and quick. The tables overlooking the sea and promenade are brilliant and well worth taking some time to people

Does the best bacon and brie rolls ever sitting on the beachfront in the sunshine - always so hospitable and friendly - popular with dog owners too - what more could you ask. Also does other amazing food and drinks.

Great place for lunch right by the beach!

I stopped off during a good walk from Folkestone. I had an excellent mackerel roll and water followed by an ice cream. Great to be eating by the sea it was busy but the service was good

Ideal location, right on the beach, for coffees, teas and bacon sandwiches etc. Very friendly young ladies working hard to make a go of it I imagine. Situated conveniently next to the toilets (disabled too) this is reasonably priced. It serves excellent coffee, tea, minerals, cakes, biscuits and other snacks. If you are walking along the Sussex coast path this is a welcome break.

Excellent brie, bacon & cranberry rolls, together with lovely latte.Friendly staff who even brought out an umbrella for us when it started to rain. For me, the Boat House is first choice for food & drink in Sandgate.

Lovely seaside cafe, offering food and drink options. Well prepared and well staffed. A perfect stop off when the weather is nice!

Beef, gherkin with mustard roll was just delicious, husband's bacon roll ditto. To eat right on beach, can't be bettered.

Fantastic staff, very friendly, and their smile is just the cherry on top of that cheerful atmosphere..

Wow, what can I say, the first thing that stands out is smart, attentive, friendly, smiling staff, and there are enough of them. You always feel welcome and staff engage in polite chit chat even though this place is invariably busy. Next the food and drink, always of the highest quality, way beyond what you'd expect for a beachfront cafe. Decent selection, oat and almond available for teas and coffees, amazing buns with delicious fillings, I usually pick the smoked mackerel. Prices are fair, not a bargain but not in la la land like some cafes. Very pleasant atmosphere and first rate views of beach and sea. Nice touch that blankets are available on chairs for those fresher days that UK weather sometimes brings.

Nice little seaside hut. Decent coffee and selection of ice creams.

Nice little area to grab a beverage while you walk along the shore. Prices are similar to those along the local area and staff are always welcoming. Coffee is a little disappointing, mocha are reasonable but cappuccino aren’t worth the money, just no real flavour.

Great food. Sitting outside watching the sea. Feels like you could be anywhere is the world.
