I have just had one of the best Sunday roasts I have eaten in many a year in the restaurant at the Cliffe. The Roast potatoes were large and crispy, the cauliflower cheese was perfectly cooked, the Pork crackling was crisp, and the meat was tender and delicious. Just finished a 2 night stay at the View Hotel, which included a Pre Booked New Year's Eve dinner. Being diary intolerant I had some requirements to be met, which were no trouble when communicating with Hana via email before our stay. We were given great care and attention by Hana when we dined on New Year's Eve and also the following evening. Any request was no trouble. The food was hot, tasty and beautifully presented. We had a great Christmas party there last night. The staff was really friendly, we loved the food and they make great cocktails. The only thing was a bit uncomfortable is the tight spaces in some areas. Great for a few people though!
