I've travelled the world and can safely say this is one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. The food was literally incredible but it was the experience that was priceless. What a joy to find a place where you can enjoy the very best cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere where every person is made to feel special. Mark has an absolutely unique gift of blending quality, attention to detail with grace, humour and humility. His staff absolutely mirror his personal touch and professionalism. Providing a world-class product and service whilst keeping the human touch and not getting carried away with yourself - the perfect combination. Pricing is very reasonable considering the quality and quantity - lots of 'gifts' and surprises... the ultimate treat for anyone that appreciates great value for money. Thank you MS - we'll definitely be back - worth a trip from Brussels just for this reason.

We relished an exquisite lunch at the Restaurant MS, opting for the tasting menu. Each dish left all three of us in awe with its beautiful flavours and elegant presentation. We loved how bread was served with cleverly designed dipping. The knowledgeable waiting team guided us through the culinary journey, providing insightful details about every dish, while their service remained efficient yet discreet. To top it off, the Chef graciously invited us to visit the immaculately clean kitchen, and the notion of the Chef's Table delighted us. It's safe to say that we're eagerly anticipating our return. It's worth mentioning that the car parking facilities outside the restaurant are excellent.

Really glad to see it reopen. went a few times before the closure and again on reopening night. A few service kinks to iron out but nothing that can’t be addressed with time and would definitely go back. As before an excellent wine and cocktail menu, very good manager and the chef does make an effort to speak to everyone and make you feel appreciated. Food outstanding. Love the new bread accoutrements!!
The menu is always out my comfort zone but I am always amazingly surprised by mark’s interpretation of certain dish’s. Exceptional food today worth the money.

Absolutely exquisite food Served by incredible waiting staff who were attentive but not over attentive. They were relaxed and friendly but met every need. The wine waiter knew everything about wine. Every course was cooked and presented to perfection. The ambience was, as its name sake, like a french Brasserie. We absolutely loved our evening and felt so encouraged for folkestone that such a fantastic restaurant was so busy and thriving on a Friday night!
