Most kebab shops grill the meat and the veggie skewer over a naked flame using a gas grille. Not this place, they suspend the meat over hot charcoal so it retains its juicy flavours and doesn’t end up like some dried up bit of leather like most kebab shops.They even put the great selection of salad in it’s own container so it doesn’t make the pitta bread wet and mushy.The meat was so tender and juicy, I won’t eat anywhere else now!! Well done guys and look forward to eating from you again..??”
