I’ve been to a fair few Bella Italian’s in the past and always make the most of getting my tesco my clubcard vouchers to pay for the food…bonus. I’ve always found them a bit hit and miss and the food a little ‘Chuck In the microwave’. We visited here on Easter Sunday fully expecting to be packed but it was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. The whole place was clean and tidy and the table and menus perfect. As a group of 5, the staff quickly grabbed another table to a join so that we had plenty of room. Staff were attentive and able to explain menu items when prompted. Food arrived quickly and hot and portion sizes were reasonable. Overall a well earnt 5 stars as staff clearly look after the place.

The Pluckley Blinders paid a visit to Sundar Rachana in Rainham last night… and by order of the onion bhaji, it gets top marks.

From the moment we walked in, Saif looked after us like proper gentlemen. A first-class host who knows exactly how to make you feel welcome.

Now let’s talk business — the food. The lamb chop starter was absolutely criminal… criminally good. Tender, rich, and packed with flavour. Every starter that hit the table was a winner. The mains and sides were flawless from start to finish, with the lamb cooked to perfection.

And the naan bread? Light as air and dangerously tasty.

A classy little touch to finish the night as well — a Baby Guinness on the house. Respect.

Prices were slightly above average, but for the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience, it was worth every penny.

Outstanding food, brilliant hospitality, and an atmosphere worthy of The Pluckley Blinders. We’ll be back.

Fantastic burgers and street food with an amazing craft beer selection. Great value for money with sharing platters for 2 at £40. One of the best burgers I’ve had and definitely the best in Kent.
TVs all around so a good place to watch sports with quality food & beers.
As a craft beer fan, i was shocked by the amount of people drinking lager or pilsner like a regular pub when so many better options are on tap or available canned.

It has become apparent to me that there are patterns to restaurants. For me, all Chinese restaurants and takeaways taste the same. No matter the price. Then the same is with Indian restaurants. Most are just rubbish, but some do the cuisine justice. There is no middle ground.

This restaurant I am proud to say is an absolute gem. The meal was fantastic.

The staff are welcoming, warm and friendly. They attend to you with effortless efficiency, in a friendly manner.

The table linen is crisp and clean, and the chairs comfortable. The walls seem to tend some tlc, as they do seem to have some splatter on them. But that's the only con I can think of.

The food was brought out warm and tasty. Every mouthful were a delight and wonderful experience of taste. Very well done.

Unfortunately I am not local, but at least I now have a restaurant that I can use to compare all others.

I recently attended the experience comedy show by MC OJB at Christine House, and it was a wonderful experience. The hall was clean, comfortable, and well set up for the event. The lighting and sound were great, and the seating arrangement made it easy to enjoy the performance.

This isn't your standard caf, it's no nonsense and cheap but they go above and beyond with high quality ingredients. I mean £6.45 for a fantastic full English with high quality bread, bacon, bubble and squeak, and more is just fantastic.

The Cricketers is an absolute gem of a country pub. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. We had such a lovely experience thanks to one of the McDonald’s staff members — the gentleman with a bald head and ginger beard. He was absolutely amazing: so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely a joy to interact with. He is a real asset to McDonald’s.
What stood out most was his incredible attitude and work ethic. He doesn’t let his disability hold him back at all and works with such gratitude and positivity that it truly brightened our day. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers.
I really hope he gets recognised for his amazing work ethic and friendly mannerisms — staff like him make a huge difference.

Just had an amazing meal at this lovely little bistro. We arrived a bit early but this wasn’t a problem and we were seated straight away. The waitress was amazing, I didn’t catch her name, we had excellent service and she couldn’t do more for us. She also took a lot of extra time to reassure a lady on the table next to us who had dietary requirements, she checked information with the chef twice I think and it didn’t stress her at all despite working a full area, she went above and beyond to reassure the lady, it was so refreshing to see. We ordered and when the food arrived it was amazing, all three courses! These guys know how to cook steak, it’s was perfectly cooked to my taste with a fabulous garlic butter sauce and some excellent potatoes cooked with onions and topped with cheese it also came with beautifully cooked vegetables, it was a big main course! The whitebait starter was so nice and the pudding was a perfect finish to a wonderful evening. We were under no pressure to leave had an extra drink and the place was quite busy by the time we left. The price for the whole meal was extremely reasonable and I would certainly recommend eating here. You must book though it gets very busy!

The ales and cider were excellent and it was great to try something different from all the generic offerings that can be found in Rainham. I really liked that you could hold a conversation without loud music, wall to wall wide screen TV's and mobile phones going off every second! The service was friendly. I came here after having a nice bath. As I was clean and feeling cocky I sauntered into this establishment and ordered four Perry Saturn figures with a side of tiramisu. The waiter whose name was Darren Penchworth was very kind and massaged my thighs while I ate.

My beef bourgeoise was extra crispy and I shed a tear which Darren Penchworth licked for me. I paid 12.85 for my meal and left giddy as a goose

Super friendly local Kebab place. I went for the small shish and it was a lot of meat, with plenty of chips. The quality of food as in any other kebab place , tasty but not premium. The staff are super friendly, efficient, kind and accommodating, known by locals. Most important it's open past midnight, at least weekends. Being close to Rainham station, it's a perfect spot for late night munchies. Decent pricing. Recommended.

Nice carvery, choice of 3 meats Turkey, Beef, Gammon - you could have 2 - £15. Kids meal they could choose 1 - £10. Choice of veg and 1 x Yorkshire pudding each. Plus some different offerings to taste, made by the chef - nice and spicy!

Staff were all nice.
Steps from pub to get up into the back room where restaurant and toilets are, not particularly wheelchair friendly. Also the clientele were on average aged 65+ and most of them struggled with the stairs and holding their drinks! I ended up helping a few of them.
Has a Pub garden but not used much, not very special. Bit rundown.
Overall a nice Sunday roast. X Thank you. X

So i was down in Gillingham to watch my beloved football ⚽️ team Oldham Athletic take on Gillingham FC at Priestfield Stadium ? in Sky Bet League 2.

I noticed the Kebab shop earlier when i drove past so after the match I was walking past and saw how busy it was which is always a good sign so I headed in and ordered a Donner kebab on pitta bread and a Chicken Donner kebab on pitta bread to take away.

The 2x kebabs on Pitta came to £18 which i thought was very expensive but when I got home and tucked in to my Donner kebab and I realised why my Kebab was high quality Lamb Donner and without a doubt the best Donner kebab I have ever eaten in my life.

Absolutely loved my visit to this chip shop! The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour, easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

A special shoutout to Lois, who made the whole experience even better. She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was just right. It’s rare to get both amazing food and such great service, but this place really delivers on both.

Why go to a meze when you got these guys , 10/10 every time . Order most weeks never fail to amaze me always fast deliver line no Farrah fast . I kid you not I’ve had a fresh piping hot lamb shish turn up in 12 minutes of ordering I live 5 -7 minutes drive depending on traffic flow .

My go to place for fish and chips now. Get a take away from here regularly, the fish is always excellent, tastes really fresh and I love the crispy batter. Be warned though the portion of chips is massive, so either make sure you are hungry or share.

Tried here for the first time as our go to Chinese Parkwood Chinese was shut. It was all nice. But nothing special. Beef in black bean had chestnut in not to my taste and wasnt spicy at all.
I have to be honest the salt and chilli chicken box was the best I've ever had I would return for that dish alone! So crunchy and full of flavour

From picking up an order to having it delivered I have had no problems whatsoever. The food is always cooked to order, and given in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable, and staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend, not had one bad order (occasionally a longer wait on a busy weekend) from here despite ordering from this kebab shop for a few years.

We used another place for almost 20 years and one evening we decided to try rag rani as our regular place began to somehow not be so tasty anymore! Well we now consider rag rani to be our regular, the flavours and quality of food exceed our previous place. I luckily work a shift midweek Just a few roads away from rag rani in wigmore so I also give myself a small treat at least once a fortnight .. and tonight is treat night ?
