I know we are supposed to be inclusive, but if you are going to employee people that can’t read or count, you may need to put someone that can, to check if an order is complete before sending it to people paying for an order. Then also not putting the deaf person on the phone, so when someone calls to offer some customer feedback, the muppet can hear the phone ring and support the customer. The main person keeping you clowns in a job. Great works McDonalds

If I could give it 0 stars I would, a piece of hair, maybe 10 inches long wrapped around my burger. The third time it’s happened. Always missing food and always missing drinks.

Should have looked on here before ordering. My fries were soggy, undercooked and cold and missing apple pie. Don't use mcdonald's much and it will be a long time before I try it again but will never go back here. Tried to call them for over an hour on/off but phone was never answered. If I use a mcdonald's again I will check reviews first

Shocking delivery over an hour then turned up stone cold. Rang shop told it was not there problem m2 was shut. I'm 2 miles away. Please do not order delivery from this place Shocking. Customer service Shocking.

This place is a absolute joke food missing and when spoke to the so called manager (Bekka ) was rude and unhelpful I feel that this is a poor reflection to other staff members and had to buy more food to replace the food missing not happy at all won't use this branch again.

It seems now all too often, that the restaurant in Courtney rd by Tesco cannot handle a simple drive thru order of a cheeseburger without parking you up. There was nobody in the queue before or after me. But because they are so busy filling their phone orders, they can no longer cope with people actually turning up. It’s not just once, it’s all the time. Customer experience at a drive thru here is terrible. If you cannot handle both, I suggest you stop one. It’s just greed.

An extraordinarily long time to wait for food today. It was more like slow food than fast food. Drive through seemed to take priority.

This must be the worse MacDonalds ever. We have been twice in the last couple of weeks and both times they have left the fries off the order. After complaining the first time after 5 mins we left as they hadn’t given us the fries by the time we got home the rest of the food was cold. We rang and complained. Charlie wasn’t interested no apology just said he was checking CCTV and no comment about the food going cold. After late working nights reluctantly we went back and guess what no fries again! Tried ringing and surprise surprise no one is picking up. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

For some reason this mcdonalds tastes alot better than the others we've been to. The staff is abit off putting (one regular staff at the drive thru spits while she talks to u) abd the drive thru ordering speaker is too loud so we custiners can't understand server due to the echoing.
