In this well kept and maintained establishment I was greeted in a friendly manner, I ordered one of the many breakfast options which were available, it arrived promptly and was delicious. It was just a shame that such delicious food is tucked away I heartily recommend when in Gillingham Kent you seek this little gem out. Thank you to all the staff at the oasis café.

Extremely rude customer service. It was over 2 hours late and their justification is 'you're 5 miles away'. The restaurant is 5 minutes down the road. Food arrived cold. Manager was rude. Awful experience and awful service.

Do not order from here, delivery was 1hr 5 minutes.Food was cold, terrible standard of meat.Forgot 2 drinks, when I called and asked them to bring the drinks he told me it would be another 40 minutes.Was rude when I asked for them to be sooner as I’d already waited over an hour.

Ordered breakfast at 10:45… turns up at quarter past one… over a 2 hour wait for 2 sandwiches! Cannot even contact them whilst waiting for an update as they’ve taken their phone off the hook.

Ordered a spag bol and it was hot and yummy arrived on time from uber eats and delivery man was lovely :) . I also ordered a lemon meringue as its my fave dessert and it was scrumptious.

Disgusting service... Food took nearly three hours from order to delivery. When calling the restaurant to query our order was greeting by a very rude man. Moaning to us he was busy and that we lived five miles away.. to top it off the food was completely inedible. Burger riddled with grissel. Tasted cheap nasty and reheated. Rather eat a two day old MacDonalds. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Pedigree chum is cheaper and probably nicer!!

Just eat Delivery - Always ahead of schedule, piping hot food and drinks. Great value. Can’t fault these guys. Even had a World Cup message on the box on the England match day. Nice touch. Thanks guys, you’re great. Will always order from these time and time again. Food lovely, not usual cafe cheap fatty bacon. Great service and friendly delivery staff.

Abysmal service. Ordered on Uber eats and told delivery would be at 10:15. This didn’t show at all. Unable to contact cafe as the phone off the hook. Claimed delivery at 13:00 but no food showed up. Do not bother with this place

Popped in and got a bacon roll, service was quick, staff were very polite, welcoming and it's just opposite our Gillingham Street Angels Charity shop that we opened today so extra handy. Breakfasts look amazing, reasonably priced. Definitely my sort of cafe.

Would give a 0 star if it allows! Ordered through Ubereats at 10.30, still hadn't arrive by 12 so rang restaurant to be told it has just left and will be with us within 20 minutes. Still nothing at 1pm, rang again for them to ask me why it hasn't arrived and they'll contact their driver, rang back 5 minutes later to again be asked is he not there yet. Asked them cancel and refund me as it has been too long and food would be cold as I was told an hour ago that it had left. Passed me onto the owner or manager and he was very rude, shouted down the phone at me telling me he will not be refunding me and then shouted down the phone again telling me he is very busy and hung up on me. It is now 13.40 and the delivery driver has just turned up, sent away and told it was cancelled due to time. I will get refunded and they are being reported to Uber eats.

The fly was cooked into my mushrooms.I contacted the restaurant and the man was saying he doesn't have any flys in the restaurant so he can't do anything about it.We told him we'd contact Uber eats and then he was saying he refused a refund and said he'd send another one (have not received) and hung up.I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to actually eat.
