Lovely people who own it but not impressed with the food at all. Cod bites didn't taste right. Pancake roll was cold. Chips weren't all that and without sounding rude it's really not clean inside. Dust everywhere. Greasy finger print all over. Things held together with cellotape on the ceiling. I will never order from here again.

Just had food from here first time, food was lovely, phoned up and ordered was told how long so was freshly cooked ready for us to pick up definitely coming back xx

Updated: Last visit was in early 2021.So the place has had a new refurb and a new owner (it seems) since I last visited. Price board is the old-fashion blackboard and chalk - so nice and accurate. Food is better; fish is a little bit wetter in the batter than I'd like but still pretty good.On the whole; vast improvement over my last visit.

Tried for first time. Very slow for tea time Saturday, only wanted 2 portions of medium chips. There was nothing prepared and supposedly busy with 5 orders. Chips were ok but would of been quicker to cook myself.Considering it was taken over in November, the waiting area leaves alot to be desired and poor signage/price list.Seem like nice people looking for a cash-cal and not looking to wow anyone anytime soon.Wont be going out of my way for this shop again anytime soon.
